These terms of service govern your use of the Fisnap platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Service Usage
When using the Service, you must comply with the following rules:
- Do not use for illegal purposes
- Do not violate others' rights
- Do not engage in activities that could harm the system
- Do not use automated data collection tools
4. Intellectual Property
The Fisnap platform, its logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of Fisnap. The receipt data and content you upload belong to you. You grant us the right to process this data for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Pricing
Fisnap's basic features are free. Paid subscription plans are offered for premium features. Pricing changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fisnap provides the Service "as is." 100% accuracy of OCR scan results is not guaranteed. You bear the final responsibility for your financial decisions. We recommend verifying the accuracy of data before using it in tax returns.
7. Service Changes
Fisnap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced in advance.
8. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from these terms, the courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul have jurisdiction. The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply.
