KVKK Privacy Notice

This privacy notice has been prepared under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of establishing and performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), fulfilling legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f), and your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
5. Data Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to technology infrastructure providers (cloud services) to the extent necessary to provide the service. The security measures required by the KVKK are taken when transferring data abroad.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods prescribed by the relevant legislation. If you request deletion of your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- Object to an adverse result arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
8. Application
To exercise the rights above, you may submit a written request to info@fisnap.app or use other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
